El-Björn is now launching its new TF 100HWI – a new industrial machine that fills a gap in our range.The new machine offers a range of benefits for end users in a variety of industrial applications.Thanks to its high capacity of up to 100 kW and an air flow of 6000 m3 it is capable of drying large spaces and can also easily be connected to a permanent ventilation duct.To support this option the machine is equipped with a class M5 bag filter, and can be fitted with higher classes if required. The combination of a filter with the ability to control air flow permits easier and more effective control of the drying process.The working life of filters is now around 7–8 weeks in a normal building environment. A filter monitor ensures that the filter can be replaced when needed to maximize the performance of the machine.The width of the unit is designed to allow passage through standard 90 cm doors, which is a major benefit in the final phase of projects.The air outlet has a standard diameter of 400 mm and the newly developed textile air distributor optimizes the throw and ensures 360-degree coverage.The built-in room thermostat makes it easy to achieve the desired temperature in a room.
