El-Björn's TF 50HWI is fitted with a very energy-efficient EC fan that fulfils the new EU directive. The new fan has an air flow of 3,900 m3. The fan speed is controlled via a potentiometer, allowing the air flow and pressure to be adjusted to suit different types of installation. The new design also includes a door to simplify e.g. change of filter without coming close to moving parts. Connections to the heater battery are from above, avoiding crossed hoses on the floor. The water pipes and electrical components are also recessed to provide protection. The wheels have been adapted for use on uneven surfaces and make the machine easier to move. The built-in room thermostat makes it easy to achieve the desired temperature in a room. Thanks to the continuously adjustable EC fan, a phase changer is not required since the TF 50HWI always selects the correct phase order.
